• 1999-2007 hired in different positions at the Hella KGaA, Lippstadt (automotive supplier), at last responsible for the field of industrialization in the business area lighting engineering
• 1997-1999 chief engineer at the Institut für Konstruktionslehre und Kunststoffmaschinen, University Essen
• 1993-1997 academic employee at the department of polymer engineering Paderborn, meanwhile PhD thesis on "Phänomenorientierte Prozess- und Formteiloptimierung von thermoplastischen GIT-Spritzgießartikeln"
